Attendance at the conference without presentation or publication is free of charge. It includes coffee breaks and lunch. Please note, that the organizer does not cover any travel nor accommodation costs.
1. Participation at the GlobMar 2020 Conference is charged including general payment for the publication of approved papers due to editing costs, as below:
*- by papers in co-authorship, the fee obliges first co-author attendance;
**- by papers in co-authorship, the fee is foreseen for next co-authors attending the conference;
***- by authors submitting a second paper; please be aware, that the maximum number of submitted papers is 2.
2. Additional publishing fee will be charged in case of accepting a paper in one of the selected journals in order to cover special fees required by the Editorial Boards of these journals, in the amount of:
a) PLN 2 700,00 or EUR 600,00 for the "Sustainability",
b) PLN 600 or EUR 150,00 for the "Transport Problems",
c) PLN 600 or EUR 150,00 for the "Archives of Environmental Protection".
The invoice for the additional publishing fee will be issued on the institution indicated by the main author and its payment is a prerequisite of publishing the paper.
Please consider the obligation of attending the conference of at least one co-author of each paper. This is although not obliging to the presentation during the conference.
